On Thursday, October 20, 2016, Plaintiff Allison Mullins filed a Verified Class Action Complaint against Defendant Karen Cole, in her official capacity as Clerk of Cabell County, West Virginia. With her Complaint, Plaintiff Mullins filed an Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 3), and a Motion for Class Certification. ECF No. 5.
