Jeff Bean’s pending appeal asserts that the district court erred in denying a preliminary injunction to prevent Independent American Savings Association, F.S.A., from foreclosing real estate that secured a loan IASA made to Bean. Because IASA has threatened to foreclose and sell the property before we determine the merits of the appeal, Bean asks us to preliminarily enjoin the foreclosure.
