Petitioner James G. Paulsen, Regional Director of Region 29 of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”), acting for and on behalf of the NLRB, has filed a motion seeking a preliminary injunction under section 10(j), 29 U.S.C. § 160(j), of the National Labor Relations Act (“the Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 151-169.
