The Zoning Hearing Board of Haverford Township (Board) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County which reversed a decision of the Board denying a variance to the appellee, Anthony F. Bamondo (Bamondo).

Bamondo operates a wholesale and retail beer distributorship at the corner of County Line Boad and Loraine Street in Haverford Township, Delaware County.
