This is an action to establish a drain in DeKalb County, Indiana, under the general drainage laws of the State of Indiana. Don E. VanFleit and others filed their petition in the circuit court of DeKalb County. Within-20 days after the giving of the notice and the filing of the petition, the appellants and others filed in the office of the court of DeKalb Circuit Court, remonstrances against said petition.
