The present action is another step in a series of actions between various of the parties here involved, all affecting the same real property and which have occupied the attention of the courts for years. Eight superior court actions in addition to the present one, directly or indirectly relating to this property and the rights of some or all of the parties therein, are mentioned in the briefs, and in one of the latter a witness is quoted as saying that there had been more than 30 lawsuits filed.
