Ronald J. White and Robert White appeal a judgment of the Washington County Circuit Court that the manufactured home placed on a lot in the Joy J. Acres subdivision violates a protective covenant that prohibits use of a trailer as a residence. The Whites also appeal an injunction that the home be removed from the lot.
