Following this court’s granting of their petition for certification to appeal, the plaintiffs Thomas B. Schulhof and Anne K. Schulhof1 appealed from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their appeal from a decision of the defendant zoning board of appeals of the city of Norwalk (board).
