OPINION
WALTERS, Justice.
We affirm the jury’s verdicts in this action which arises from several real estate transactions entered into by appellees Sonny and Lorraine Otero, husband and wife, appellee James Wheeler, and his wife, appellant Jaleane Wheeler.
The Wheelers were licensed real estate brokers. Between 1976 and 1981, occasionally with others, they participated in more than 48 real estate transactions for investment or development, using community property funds for their purchases.
