¶1 This case concerns a multi-million dollar financial scheme involving Britt Davis, who was employed with American Express Financial Advisors, Inc., now known as Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (hereinafter, Ameriprise). A jury in the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, found that Davis had offered or sold unregistered securities to Gregg and Joy Farrell Mosley (the Mosleys) and Fred and Deborah Fellows (the Fellows).
