This matter came before the court for trial on plaintiffs’ complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of and parties to this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and the General Order of Reference of the United States District Court for the District of Utah dated July 10, 1984, entered pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a).
