The transaction out of which this action arose was the sale and delivery to defendant, at Kansas City, Mo., on March .28, 1910, of 100 casks of beer. The price of the beer sold was >$972.50. Defendant was given credit for $17.50 cash, $200 commission on sale of 400 casks of beer during the month of March, 1910, and $467.52 on car load of empties returned plaintiff at Milwaukee.
