OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY FEES

The Plaintiff American Commerce Insurance Company sued the Defendant Jackie Craig Harris for a judicial declaration voiding his homeowner’s policy for fraud in a fire loss claim. Harris counterclaimed for breach of contract and bad faith. A jury found in favor of American Commerce, and the Court rendered judgment on the verdict declaring the policy void.
