The appeal in Case No. 92-6029 involves the propriety of the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants-appellees Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company and Principal Financial Group (Principal) on plaintiff-appellant Jaclyn G. Oulds’ claim of breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing. In Case No. 92-6177, plaintiff appeals the court’s denial of her application for attorneys’ fees. Because we find no error in the judgments of the district eoürt, we affirm. 1
