I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On August 7, 2000, the above-captioned matter came before this court, on appeal from an arbitration award in favor of the plaintiff, Charles Nygard, in the amount of $38,161. The original complaint in this matter was filed in August of 1997 by the previous attorney for Nygard, Lawrence Sheetz, Esquire.
