OPINION
ORRICK, District Judge.
Incredibly, after six years of proceedings in the bankruptcy court involving seventeen different appeals and eight different lawyers for the bankrupts, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel T. H. Shen, ex-debtors, and Mr. Michael Kaye, their lawyer, have moved, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 515, to reopen the bankruptcy proceedings in order to charge the Trustee in Bankruptcy, Mr. Theodore Graham, and his counsel, the law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton and Scripps, with certain acts of misconduct.
