The question presented is whether or not the trust created under the will by its terms terminated on the 24th day of April, 1934. The American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Allied Council, and the Central Council of Relief and Hospital Welfare appeared and contended that the trust had not failed, for the reason that Joseph U.
