Plaintiff brings this action against her insurer, Travelers Indemnity Company, for payment of medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries sustained by her son while a passenger in an automobile owned by a friend of his. Of the total $2,195.70 medical bill, $2,000 had heretofore been p'aid by the insurer of the friend’s automobile in which plaintiff’s son was riding. The plaintiff’s son was covered for medical payments under the plaintiff’s own policy as well.
