In this action, plaintiffs, Ronald and Mary Miller, assert claims against defendants, E.W. Smith Co. (“Smith”), Gruntal & Co. (“Gruntal”), and William Spiropoulos, under the federal securities laws, rules established by the National Association of Securities Dealers, and state tort and contract law.
