This is an action instituted by Alice Harn and W. P. Harn, her husband, against the Interstate Building & Loan Company, a corporation, and I. C. Enochs, for the balance alleged to be due plaintiffs on the purchase price of a large number of lots situated in an addition to Oklahoma .City, known as “Harndale,” and for damages for the breach of a contract entered into by and between the plaintiffs and the defendant loan company which was signed by I.
