MEMORANDUM OPINION

WOODWARD, District Judge.

This action was filed originally in the 51st Judicial District of Texas in and for Irion County. Defendant, CRA, Inc. (CRA) subsequently removed the case to this court. The parties to this suit are citizens of different states, the amount in controversy exceeds $10,000.00, and this court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.G. § 1332.
