On October 11, 2002, Atlanta Retail, Inc. f/k/a Wolf Camera, Inc., et al. (the “Debtors” or “Wolf Camera”) and Wachovia Bank, National Association, f/k/a First Union National Bank (“Wachovia” and together with the Debtors, the “Plaintiffs” and individually, each a “Plaintiff’), filed a Complaint for Injunctive Relief (the “Complaint”).
