This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner’s Application for Order Under 28 U.S.C. § 1782 (Document No. 1) and Respondent’s Motion for Entry of an Order Refusing the Request for Judicial Assistance (Document No. 8). For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS Petitioner’s Application for Order Under 28 U.S.C. § 1782, DENIES Respondent’s Motion for Entry of an Order Refusing the Request for Judicial Assistance, and DIRECTS the Respondent to answer questions and provide a DNA sample (by buccal swab) in compliance…
