MEMORANDUM OPINION Through this miscellaneous case, Petitioner Shervin Pishevar (“Pishevar”) is in pursuit of discovery from Bean LLC d/b/a Fusion GPS (“Fusion GPS”) that Pishevar says he plans to use in legal proceedings in the United Kingdom.
