The appellant, an Oregon corporation, was hired to modify some machinery purchased in Oregon. Before appellant would undertake the work, it required a down payment and financial statement. Appellant received down payment in the form of a check for $33,800 issued by appehee, McKnight Plywood, Inc., an Arkansas corporation. Appellant also received appellee’s financial statement on appehee’s letterhead.
