This matter arises from a dispute regarding alleged misrepresentations made to the plaintiff-appellant, Adrienne Dil-worth, when she purchased a life insurance policy from the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (hereinafter called “Met-Life”) to insure her nine-year old daughter, Aisha Sharif.
