Petitioner, carrier of employer’s unemployment disability insurance under a voluntary plan (Unemployment Insurance Act, 3 Deering’s Gen. Laws, Act 8780d, art. 10, pt. 6) seeks review of an award of the Industrial Accident Commission which denies petitioner’s claim for a lien against the State Compensation Insurance Fund, carrier of the employer’s workmen’s compensation insurance.
