MEMORANDUM OPINION ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY AND OBJECTION TO DISCHARGE

The plaintiff, Mona Y. Sawyer, filed an adversary proceeding on March 17, 1995, alleging that a particular debt in the amount of $72,000 should be excepted from the debtors’ discharge pursuant to § 523 and in the alternative that the debtors’ general discharge should be denied pursuant to § 727.
