MARY F. WALRATH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before this Court is a Motion of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, to Dismiss the case of Dwight M. Morgan and Kimberly A. Morgan. For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the Motion is moot.
I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND
Dwight M. Morgan and Kimberly A. Morgan (“the Debtors”) filed a voluntary petition pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 17, 2002. The meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 was held on August 13, 2002. The last day to object to the Debtors’ discharge was October 13, 2002. No objection to the Debtors’ discharge…
