This matter comes before the court on the motion of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC” or “Freddie Mac”) for an Order lifting the automatic stay to permit FHLMC to recover certain monies on deposit at Southern National Bank in Charleston, South Carolina in account number 791518707.
