ARCHBARD, District Judge.1
The complainants manufacture at the city of Weesp, Holland, a fine grade of cocoa, which they put out under the name of “Van Houten’s Cocoa.” The business was founded by C. J. Van Houten in 1828, and the superior standard of excellence maintained received recognition in 1889 by a grant from the King of Holland entitling the owners to name their establishment “The Royal Cocoa Factory.” About that time it began to be extensively introduced into the United States, and, by advertisement in numerous newspapers and periodicals, as well as on billboards throughout the…
