This is a bill brought by the imperial and royal consul of Austria-Hungary, located at Philadelphia, to restrain the defendant company, its officers and agents, from making use of the name or portrait of the Emperor Franz Josef, or from representing or doing anything to induce the belief that the business conducted by the company has any official or other relation with such *912emperor.
