Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 27, 2014, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
Claimant was terminated from his job as a cashier for the employer’s parking district because he failed to maintain accurate financial records. The Department of Labor initially determined that claimant was eligible for unemployment insurance benefits and the employer objected.
