— Affirming.
On September 1, 1928, Carlisle county had a floating indebtedness of $47,000. The record before us shows that this indebtedness had been incurred in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of the county roads and bridges. On September 10, 1928, the fiscal court of -Carlisle county authorized the issuance and sale of $47,000 of funding bonds. The .bonds were dated .September 1, 1928, and were to mature $5,000 on September 1, 1938; $7,000 on September 1, 1943; $10,000 on September 1, 1948; $12,000 on September 1, 1953; and $13,000 on…
