Affirming.

Appellant instituted this action for himself, and for the use and benefit of all other taxpayers in Pike county, praying for an injunction which would- prevent the fiscal court from levying a tax for the payment of interest and for the creation of a sinking fund made necessary by the issuance' of certain bonds which the fiscal court had authorized, which bonds were then in the hands of the Day & Night National Bank of Pikeville and, further, to enjoin that bank from negotiating, or selling, the bonds,, and also that the bank be compelled to…
