MORRIS, District Judge.

The Interstate Building & Loan Association, a Georgia corporation, having its principal office in Columbus, in that state, was prior to October 24, 1892, doing business as a building and loan association. There was a local board in the town of Edge-field, in South Carolina. The purpose of these local boards was defined by its by-laws to be as follows:
