Respondent Wells Fargo Bank obtained summary judgment on appellant Leanne Jensen’s claims for violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq., hereafter FEHA), discharge in violation of public policy, breach of contract, and breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
