This action was brought by defendant in error as plaintiff in the district court, to recover damages for a violation of the conditions of a lease of certain property of defendant in error known as the Pugg ranch, with its appurtenances, located on Bear Creek, Laramie County, Wyoming; and to recover one hundred dollars for accepting by agreement a surrender of the lease before the expiration of its *277term.
