United States v. Stephen Edwards

Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

Decided September 13, 1996No. 96-1720PublishedCited by 15 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

HEANEY, Circuit Judge.

Stephen Edwards appeals his convictions for aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute cocaine and for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine. Edwards argues that the district court erred in admitting evidence that police had seized from his residence prior to his arrest. Edwards also challenges his 96-month sentence. He argues that the district court erred in applying a two-level adjustment for his role in the offense. We find no merit to either argument and affirm his conviction and sentence.
