This is an action for vexatious litigation brought by the plaintiff, the Embalmers’ Supply Company, against the defendants, the law firm of Modugno, Modugno & Modugno, LLC (law firm), and its former client, Salvatore D. Giannitti.1 After trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff.
