T1 This appeal and counter-appeal arise from the trial court's judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Plaintiff/Appel-lee/Counter-Appellant, Aduddell Lincoln Plaza Hotel d/b/a Renaissance Center, LL.C. (Hotel), on its insurance bad faith claim against Defendant/Appellant/Counter-Appel-lee, Certain Underwriters of Lloyd's of London (Lloyds). We reverse and remand for a new trial based on errors in the jury instructions that probably resulted in a miscarriage of justice.
