Wolbach v. Beckett

This appeal presents a new phase of the controversy, on-going for over ten years, between the plaintiffs (abutters and other aggrieved parties) and the defendant trustees of the Defense Housing Trust (trustees), who have been attempting to commence construction work on land located in Sudbury.
