Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration [doc. # 80]. 1 In her motion, Plaintiff asks the Court to reconsider its Decision in light of two decisions that Plaintiff neglected to bring to the Court’s attention before its ruling: Kayes v.
