Charles W. Oliver, deceased, was a section foreman on the Mackinaw division of the Michigan Central Railroad Company, living at Alger in Arenac county. Quinn’s siding is located about 5% miles south of Alger and was in his section. There was a siding or passing track at Quinn nearly a half mile in length paralleling the main track on its west side with a so-called split switch connection at each end. *674The main track runs practically north and south past the siding and curves easterly about two pole lengths or 860 feet north of the north end of the siding.
