This matter came on for a hearing on November 21, 1995 on Plaintiffs' Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and on December 12, 1995 on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, or in the alternative for Summary Judgment.
