The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) initiated this Americans with Disabilities Act action as a potential class action on behalf of charging party Abigail DeSimone (“DeSimone”)1 and all similarly situated employees of Defendant U.S. Steel (“U.S. Steel”).
