I. Introduction/Background

This complex and contentious case involving charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, bank fraud and tax offenses once again returns to the Court with numerous disputes between the parties, most of which relate to the Court’s Pretrial Order entered on September 18, 2014. (Docket Nos. 284-294; 298-303).
