— The appellee, Maria E. Rowe, sued the appellants George Roy, Cyrus Finlay, Elora M. Finlay, Anna B. Fought, Sarah A. Fought, Wilber E. Wise and Hinda M. Wise, for the partition of certain land situated in LaGrange county. The defendants George Roy, Cyrus Finlay and Elora M. Finlay having jointly and severally demurred to the amended complaint, for want of sufficient facts, and the demurrer having been overruled, these defendants answered jointly by a general denial, and Cyrus Finlay answered separately in a number of paragraphs, to one of which a demurrer of the plaintiff was…
