NORVELL, Justice.
Packard-Dállas, Inc., appeals from a judgment rendered against it in favor of Ollie Mae Carle for the sum of $1,150 damages sustained as a result of the sale by appellant to appellee of a secondhand Packard automobile.
The case was submitted to a jury upon special issues and the following facts were either found by the jury or established by undisputed testimony:
