1 1 Appellants Mattie Cornaby and Al Cor-naby, the William Argyle Cornaby Trust, the Mattie Cornaby Trust, and trustees Jay Barney Cornaby, Dale Barney, Gaylene C. Ro-senthal, and Albert Cornaby (collectively, the Cornabys), bring this appeal claiming that the trial court abused its discretion in deny ing their motion to reconsider the court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Robert Radakovich, the Robert Radakovich Marital and Family Trust, and trustees Robert Radakovich and Ellen R.
